Can I see your full catalog of options?
We have thousands of options available to source, so we can't narrow it down to a catalog. What works best is if we can learn about you, your brand, and the gift project, and then we'll go design using the information you shared.
How does Scheduled Sending work?
Do you have order minimums?
We do not have a minimum opening order. For sourcing custom items or branded products, there will be minimums based on our suppliers. But there is no opening order minimum to work with us.
I have a set budget, can you work with that?
That's how we like best to work! Set up a discovery call so we can find out more about your project, and also the budget that you'd like gifts designed within.
What kind of branded packaging is available?
We can brand the inside overlay even one gift at a time. We can also create a packaging that branded to you, branded ribbons, and other options.
Can I come design gifts in person?

We do not currently have any design fee.s
How is billing handled?
If we create custom gifts that go on a private portal, you'll pay for each gift as you order it. If you'd like to do a bulk project, we'll invoice to get started on sourcing the products.
I'm in Northern Virginia. Can I pick up a gift?
Yes! We are in Leesburg. If you're local, use the discount code: LOCAL to remove the shipping charge. We'll contact you to coordinate a time to come pick up your gift.
