Absolutely. Please reach out through the chat box or our contact page. We can customize any box. If we ever have a shortage of an item for a gift box, we will include a product substitution of similar value.
You can upload your logo file above and we'll print and include it on your gift overlay at no extra charge. Your personalized message will also be handwritten on a card. We ship the gift directly to the recipient. There are no paper invoices or receipts included with the gift.
Don't panic! 9 times out of 10, the delivery driver placed the box somewhere unexpected, or the delivery email was sent prematurely. They should double-check around their house or wait and see if the delivery hasn't happened yet, or if a neighbor received it by mistake. Please contact us if it's still not found.
We try to ship in 24-48 business hours of your order. Items are either shipped through USPS or UPS. You can select the method of shipment at checkout.
Yes! We are in Leesburg. If you're local, use the discount code: LOCAL to remove the shipping charge. We'll contact you to coordinate a time to come pick up your gift(s).
We don't deliver the gifts ourselves. We hand them over to UPS or USPS and they take care of delivery!
If you select Next Day Air or Priority Mail Express, we will try to package your order sooner. If you're in a time crunch, give us a call or send a message to see if we can get it out sooner .
Sure can! Simply add the items you'd like to your cart and in the pop-out cart drawer, select "Ship to Multiple Addresses". If you have more than 10, you can also reach out and we'll share a spreadsheet that you can use if you'd rather that. Contact us to learn more!
Nope! Making an account does make it easier for you to track which gifts you've sent to whom, but it's not required.
Yes! The buyer is responsible for customs fees. If you don't see your country listed at checkout, just contact us! hello@daregiftboxes.com
We stand behind a full satisfaction guarantee. If we've somehow let you down, please contact us within 30 days of delivery, and we'll make it right! If we ever have a shortage of an item, we will substitute a product of a similar style and value.
