Can I see your full catalog of options?
We have thousands of options available for you! Our process is to start with a call to learn about your project. If you have specific product ideas, we can probably source them, or we can also provide recommendations.
Do you have minimums?
For branded items, there will be minimums from the suppliers. These will vary by product type.
Can you store my items for future gift boxes?
Yes! For a small monthly storage fee we can store your products and use them them for future gifting projects.
I have a set budget, can you work with that?
That's how we like best to work! Set up a discovery call so we can find out more about your project, and also the budget that you'd like gifts designed within.
How is billing handled?
If we create custom gifts that go on a private portal, you'll pay for each gift as you order it. If you'd like to do a bulk project, we'll invoice to get started on sourcing the products.
Can I order swag just on its own?
Absolutely. Branded items can be sourced individually, not as part of a gift project.
Can I add my own branded items to a gifting project?
Yes, we can take most items and include them in your gifts if you prefer to source them separately.
